For those uninformed, I sprained my left feet last Saturday. It was one of the worst sprains I even had. Both sides of the ankle was swollen and red and it was practically defunct as I had sprained both sides. Don’t even know how I managed to sprained both sides, it’s really weird in a way. I had to hop around on my right foot for the next two days and I did not attend church on Sunday as it’s not that nice to hop around the worship hall isn’t it.
Some shots of my injury. These photo were taken 5 days after the incident. It looked much worse on Sunday but forgot to take shots of it.

If you look closely at the blue circle, that is one of the acupuncture spot, was not able to spot the spots (nice pun) as photo not clear enough.
The red circles are the blood clots. As you can see there a whole mesh of blood as the base of the feet as the veins at the ankle are damaged so the blood can’t flow upwards. And you can see that both sides the ankle is red and swollen.
According to the chinese doctor, it takes 100 days for the injury to heal properly so that means 100 days of non-exercise. Not like I do exercise but I need to train for my IPPT. Bah, looks like I’m going to fail.
At least I can walk now, but every step is just pain enough to tell me not to put too much pressure on that foot. Climbing stairs is a huge burden as I cannot put all my weight on that foot so sometimes I really hate NUS (National University of Stairs).
Well, advise to all and myself – walk carefully!
